I do not subscribe to violence, hate, negativity or untruths. It brings dis-ease within my mind, my body and my world.

I personally don’t practice any set religion, or follow any external person(s), to guide me to what I believe is just, good, or holy.

I trust myself to know what is good-hearted. What is healthy. What is love. What is balanced. What is sacred. I put my attention into getting clear with myself on fear, on what serves only me vs what serves the highest good of humanity.
